Whether something was ordered by mistake or if a product has developed a fault there may be times when an item will need to be returned. The first port of call is to speak to the clever people on the technical team, there may be a simple setting on a camera that will change it back from being in black and white and into colour. The technical team are also in charge of issuing RMA numbers so they should be able to issue one on the same call.
